What is your away supporter policy?
We welcome all supporters in our lounges, but do remind everyone to be aware of their surroundings. Away supporters are welcome within Club London lounges, however, correct and proper behaviour is expected from visiting fans who are the responsibility of the lead booker. Any inappropriate behaviour or foul language will result in you being asked to leave Club London by our stewarding team with immediate effect. The Club reserves the right to remove any supporters who do not adhere to these rules.
Can I book parking at London Stadium?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any parking at the stadium. The nearest parking facilities are located at Westfield, Stratford.
What is the dress code in the lounges?
BM6 & Executive Box
Smart casual and collared shirts must be worn. We advise that no trainers, jeans or football shirts are permitted. Children under the age of 12 are permitted to wear home football shirts/kits.
Arnold Hills & Royal East
Smart casual with smart shoes. No football shirts, track suits, open shoes or trainers, ripped jeans and leisurewear. Children under the age of 12 are permitted to wear home football shirts/kits.
Forge, Great Briton, Londoner & Boleyn
Relaxed dress code. Home colours encouraged.
*Away colours are prohibited
*Seasonal Members should be aware that it is their responsibility to make sure their guests adhere to the dress code.
*We reserve the right to block entry to Club London if a member/guest doesn’t adhere to the dress code of their lounge.
Is there disability access?
Yes, Club London has complete step free access into all lounges and we can provide specific seating upon request. Please contact matchdays@westhamunited.co.uk and one of our hospitality agents will be able to get back to you and answer any questions you may have about your visit.
What time do the Hospitality lounges open?
The lounges will open two and a half hours before kick off, and at 5.30pm for mid-week fixtures.
What entrance should I arrive at?
You will have entry at Gate B, Club London VIP entrance on the West side of the stadium. This is well signposted around the stadium and Olympic Park and you should have been sent a map with your tickets. If you require any further clarification about travel on your day, please contact your hospitality agent or send a request to matchdays@westhamunited.co.uk
My Hospitality tickets have not arrived, what should I do?
Please contact your original sales agent who will be able to advise on where your tickets may be and what we can do for you. Alternatively, please send your name and telephone number to matchdays@westhamunited.co.uk and one of our team will get back to you ASAP.
When will my Hospitality tickets arrive?
Your match day tickets, itinerary of your lounge and map of how to find us should be with you no later than one week before the game day itself. If you are travelling from overseas, we will leave your tickets for collection at the Club London VIP entrance as agreed with your hospitality agent.
Does the Club work with any third-party sellers or agencies?
We are proud to only work with P1 Travel as the Club's Official International Ticket & Hospitality reseller.
